Mission:

Groupe Renaissance Group is an incorporated, not for profit, Community Association, whose mission is revitalization through social, cultural, economic and architectural, projects and events in the City of Cornwall, Ontario and the surrounding area.

Main Objectives Of These Collaborative Efforts:

• Focus on continued home ownership and neighbourhood Pride.
• Provide labour, at no cost, for home repairs.
• Encourage accessibility design features through interior/exterior renovation projects.
• Provide seniors/individuals the dignity and pride of remaining in their residence and reaching their optimum level of independent living within the confines of a safe community.
• Making buildings handicap accessible by building ramps.

• Roofing (1 story or low pitch)
• Exterior and Interior Painting
• Demolition (garages sheds etc)
• Handicap Ramps
• Build or Repair (decks, fences etc)
• Landscaping (trees and shrubs, flowers)
• Clean Up and yard work
• Building flower boxes
• NO ELECTRICAL OR PLUMBING

How it works

• Submit proposed project.
• Site visit by Groupe Renaissance Group and Mission Group Staff.
• Selection committee to review application.

Next Step

• Groupe Renaissance Group and Mission Group project approval.
• Final project work order approval.
• Client to make Material list & credit account for approved project.

Who does What:

• Homeowners purchase materials and ensure they are on site one week prior to crew arrival.
• Labour is provided through Groupe Renaissance Group in partnership with Mission Groups at no cost to the resident
