Art in Le Village
 As part of an initiative to increase accessibility to art, Groupe Renaissance Group is pleased to work with artists throughout the five counties and Akwesasne.
Each month, the office of Renaissance hangs art from a local artist in the front foyer. Art galleries and museums can be an intimidating experience for some, so Renaissance is bringing art into the community of Le Village.
Perhaps better known for its efforts in revitalizing the Le Village area and its award-winning collaborative efforts with community partnerships, Groupe Renaissance Group is now addressing another component of its agenda of social and economic development.
In 1998, the Delcan Report -based upon feedback from community consultations - identified the need and desire to improve community services and activities. "This is just the first step in addressing that need. Next there might be a street arts festival, theatre project... We're just starting," said Renaissance spokesperson G.H. Chuck Charlebois.
